For all those passionate about nature and the outdoors life, these expeditions will take you to discover the most remote corners of the country, where you will be able to enjoy an unforgettable experience, far from the traditional touristic circuits of Argentina.

The outings are of the participative kind, in which each member is an active part of the trip. The guides and coordinators propose the activities, but the decisions are made by all. It has happened many times that part of the original plans were modified as we went along, in order to accomodate the expedition to the weather conditions or desires of the majority of the group.

All of our expeditions are coordinated by Ariel Belmonte, an experienced mountain guide and amateur climber. His passion for mountain-related activities gradually got him to train himself in a number of related courses in order to be able to show and transmit to others those true soul magnets that can be found in nature.

TOUR 1 : TRHOUGH THE VENTANIA CAVES- SIERRA DE LA VENTANA As you walk along these beautiful valleys and steep ravines, you won't be able to avoid thinking about the origin of these caves, about the reasons behind for these foldings and about the old settlers of these lands: the Mapuches. In a typical morning, after the first sunrays enter the cave where we sleep, we have a tasty breakfast and up we go to start our day, trekking along ridges and mountain tops. TOUR 2 : THE OTHER CUZCO - CATAMARCA Expedition from Pozo de Piedra to Shinkal. Dare to discover new places, paths rarely trodden, mountain communities, letting yourself become charmed by this culture of splendorous past. This is what we propose to you in this expedition through the Catamarca province, that comes to a wonderful end at the Shinkal Ruins, administrative and logistical centre of the Tawantinsuyo empire, a citadel similar to Cuzco prior to the arrival of the Spaniards. Rivers, valleys, hills... landscapes that witnessed the life of Juan Chalimín, the aboriginal leader of the last revolt against the Spaniards, más known as "The Calchaquí Uprising". TOUR 3 : PUEBLO ESCONDIDO AND CERRO ASPERO - SAN LUIS A century-old mine lost amidst hills and valleys. In the heart of the Comechingones Sierra, south of the Cerro Champaquí, in an enchanted place lies Pueblo Escondido, as it has become known since it was abandoned by miners in the beginning of the 20th century. The constructions there have been now transformed into forgotten rooms and tunnels that decorate the bottom of a valley filled with rivers and vegetation. Right on top of this one can find Cerro áspero and several abandoned mines. We will visit the top of those hills and the darkness of those tunnels in several of our programmed outings. We will also try to take part in several rope-related activities next to the exciting hanging bridge that joins the two sides of the town. A unique experience in a fascinating world. TOUR 4 : LOS GIGANTES MASSIF - CORDOBA Walking through the Los Lisos valley.Trying to prepare some "mate tea" in the vehicle that brings us close to the point of departure is already quite a challenge, the road is bumpy and goes around quite a few streams, but the incredible part comes when we get close to Villa Amelita (small town at the foot of the massif) as we see how close we are to some immense blooming rocks and we wonder: is that what we have to climb?; the answer is obviously yes. With our backpacks on and ready to walk, the outlook changes..., the crystal-clear creeks, the awe-inspiring walls of stone, the countless shapes of the rocks that bring infinite comparisons to mind are the ideal seasoning for any trek. After we pitch our tents, we start fixing a hearty dinner and find some time to sip some wine or maybe some delicious hot chocolate while admiring the immensity of the sky and its stark contrast against the gigantic grayish rocks. TOUR 5 : FROM THE PUNTA TO THE JUNGLE - TILCARA Y CALILEGUA - JUJUY A circuit to experience the contrasts of the Northern area in Argentina. Without going all the way to Machu Pichu, you can still walk along the slabs that make up this Incan historical lane, try some typical dishes, get a feel of the exuberant jungle, admire the colourful crop terraces, smell the medicinal herbs of yesteryear and live with this ancient culture, which used to build villages on the hillslopes at a height of 3000 m. Much the same way as 500 years ago, today we propose that you walk these same lanes, bringing together old villages embedded in the mountain; you will learn a lot about their people and enjoy the lanscape of our land at the same time.
